Since 2000 free range incorporated have operated as an independent artist run collective. After 7 years at the Hay St Subiaco location , affordability and real estate "values" have seen the studio & gallery close.
In 2008 this change has presented a positive view to free range, to operate as a semi nomadic gallery whilst actively researching possible project spaces with the intention of launching a new dedicated site.
Our aim is still to offer an extremely affordable project space, encourage the development of individuals and groups in all forms of practice.
Free range will support artists through networks, exposure to the public and connections to the broader artists' community
